When you haven't been healthy it will not typically be known to you what healthy will look and feel like; especially in the beginning when you are learning what healthy looks like for you. Healing can feel somewhat confusing at times and you will feel uncomfortable learning how to be healthy, make healthy choices and engage with others in a healthy manner.
I encourage you to be willing to see what you are doing currently that isn’t serving your life and relationships. As you take inventory, do so in the energy of Loving yourself and your life lessons… no matter what.
An example of loving yourself and life no matter what... If you find some aspect of yourself or life that you hate... it is your healing work to Love hating it. People often become afraid of Loving hatred and anger, because they have been taught that it is bad and wrong to do so. They have also been taught that this will make them become More hateful and angry.
This is True if you continue to stuff anger and hatred. It also becomes true if you hate that you have these "negative" feelings. Stuffing our anger and hatred exacerbates our feelings which creates Toxicity and compounds whatever feelings you are stuffing. Another tendency is to deny, deflect and project your hatred or anger. This is way of dealing with our strong emotions is totally unhealthy.
It is NOT TRUE that you become more hateful and angry if you learn how to Love and Own your emotions. The Universal Truth... we are totally accountable for dealing with and handling ourselves. I have witnessed throughout my life every time without exception, when the people I worked with embraced their anger and hatred in a healthy way they healed whatever issue or issues were present.
When we are healthy... we are always responsible for our choices, actions and behaviors. When we do the work of Loving hatred or anger we start healing ourselves and our lives. We are then able to address or confront people if needed, but must own whatever choices we make in all our interactions. It is time to learn that it is possible to Love anger and hatred on our own and work through our feelings and healing without others being involved if that is what is needed. Context must lead the way in all situations.
When we Love our emotions and honor them we heal. When we Love our emotions and honor them we are aligned with Reality, what we actually feel. When we Love our emotions and honor them we become totally aligned with ourselves.... we become whole.
Be willing to See... are you choosing dysfunctional ways of being and interacting? If you see that you have been dysfunctional, be open to seeing why, so you learn from your life experiences instead of being caught in a looping pattern. We can then be open to choose another way... you will feel uncomfortable at first, creating healthier ways of interacting. The good news, you will live! Emotional discomfort does not kill us. Initially all that is needed... your willingness to feel the discomfort of creating a new way. Also needed, is that you encourage yourself to keep walking and this will require, especially in the beginning, a moment by moment, minute by minute choice until you have created a new current... your aligned healthy way of being.
Please, do not try to be careful... instead be Real and use discernment. I have been shown to encourage being Real and to use discernment in regards to what is happening in our lives and within ourselves. When we live this way it opens us up to truth and more possibilities. Opening up to truth and dropping our energy down deeper into our bodies helps us to see.
I have witnessed... when we are careful, we become apprehensive. We go up into our head and overthink everything. We become constricted in limitation and we don't have the expanded range of the potentialities in sight. We are not in flow with Spirit or our lives.
Ultimately Spirit is simple and you can make simple changes that can have powerful effect when you hold the intention...
Be open to seeing Truth and discerning when to speak your Truth.
Always walk in Integrity.
Own your life and your choices.
Hold yourself Accountable, admitting when you’re wrong and rectifying when needed.
Be open to feeling your own knowing, what it’s showing and telling you about your life. Be willing to feel vulnerable and uncomfortable that you don't know what this new way will be.
If this brings up frustration or overwhelmed feelings, love whatever comes up. Because when you love feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and undone... when you love what is... it always dissipates and gets integrated more effectively. This moves us into our own knowing... our knowing that all is well and this too shall pass.
Hold the knowing in your heart… creation occurs in the unknown. This is the vibration where the new way will be created. See and feel that the unknown can be magical, holding the excitement for what is to come. This is life's gift. You have this beautiful gift before you and something absolutely beautiful and magical will be revealed.
If you choose to walk out of living by preconceived ideas and agendas you will discover that life is a gift from the Universe... everything is here for your evolution and your Soul's expansion. The channel of evolution... our struggles and life lessons. It is time to claim your lessons!!!
Herein lies your wisdom, from this you gain faith, trust and the knowing that the Universe is working for your Soul's growth.
Remember… the new way isn’t known to us… it is unknown. Your Soul knows... it isin Not knowing... where you learn the new way of being.
I have been guided to encourage anyone I work with to tell their ego and persona... "Today is a new day. I am willing to walk and be in the unknown… and my authentic, Higher Self ~Spirit are going to be leading my life Now!"
